ROADNAV Ford EcoSport replacement android radio

Anyone bought from Stop Shop before.
Looking to replace my Ecosport radio with this Roadnav s200.

Anyone have any experience with these aftermarket android radios.

You will need to pay customs and the units are not good quality. On my wifes old car the steering controls stopped working after a few months. And the GPS becomes retarded.
