Needs a numberplate bracket with tail lights and indicators. Same with front, needs a headlight and indicators

You can ride a road bike with dirt tyres but the tyres don't decide if it's street legal.
I ride a dual purpose bike with dirt tyres as a daily commute.

Slicks are for track racing and road if you strictly ride on the road.
You either go Superbike or Motard.

I would not ride with these things every day on our roads

And the proper motard tracks have dirt as well, and those guys ride with these tyres on those conditions. Amazing to see!
