RMA Asus b360m-a with 3 months left on warranty "solved by rebeltech :)"

yeah so I bought this board in 2019 from Rebeltech, and having issues with post times and it's not reading the M.2 slot every time.
tried 1 stick of ram, reseating cpu and booting with only (1 stick ,cpu, board) latest bios and still takes about 10-15 seconds to post.
been like this since day one, but the M.2 thing is new " only got drive recently" and caused me to believe its board related and wanting to RMA.

put everything the other day in a gigabyte board and all issues are gone post in 2-4 sec

i don't have the original box "Don't keep boxes for over 2 years"
only got a number by the barcode on mobo which ASUS za doesnt see as a S/N

I have the Rebeltech proforma Invoice 🤷‍♂️

am i shit out of luck?

just double checked MOBO and saw SN is on the side of PCI-E x16 slot so i have the SN now

any advice should i just contact Asus straight?

the board was detected to be faulty and has been replaced "REBELTECH XxXooOOX"
