Renting an Editing PC - Cape Town

Hi Everyone. I am looking to rent a PC for a video editing project. The PC needs to be decent with the following specs.
Would anyone know if that's possible? The project needs to be completed as soon as possible. I live in Cape Town so anything in that vicinity would be awesome. Please leave any info you have below.
