Red Dead Redemption 2 Online Progress Reset!

I wonder if anyone's had this issue, I was rank 12 on rdr2 online and yesterday when I logged in I was thrown back into the character creation.

I tried everything from logging out of Rockstar social club and back in but still the same thing my single player cloud saves are still there without any changes only my online profile is gone or has been reset.

I have logged a ticket with Rockstar but haven't had any feedback I even attached screenshots of my Rockstar profile clearly show my achievement unlock for reaching rank 12 on my wall.

Does anyone have advice as I even spent credits on in game purchases so will that also be lost.

Has anyone dealt with Rockstar support do they get back to a person or am I just better off starting from scratch and cutting my loses?

Did you do any glitches for personal gain? If not contact rockstar, they have always been excellent when it comes to their support team.

No nothing at all I learnt from GTA5 got permanently banned from doing stuff like that and I didnt spend all that money on buying Rdr2 just to mod the account and get banned.

But I did open a ticket with them just waiting for a response.
