Recommend an RTX 2080 Super

I have an RTX 2060 Super by Gigabyte, the Gaming OC which I am very, very happy with however I have the upgrade bug.

What is the absolute best 2080 Super I can get? I am open to hybrid or standard air cooling solutions, no full water blocks though.

Or, a cost effective 2080 TI although I fear that may be out of my price range.

2080 Super I do not have a definite upper budget. The cards generally cost no more than around $800. My goal here is to get the best 2080 Super that is available.

The 2080 TI on the other hand go up to $1500

If you have as open loop there are models with water blocks.

Is an R, because whether you use a or an is determined by whether the word starts with a vowel or consonant, phonetically.

R is pronounced are and therefore starts with a vowel phonetically, and should be an R.

Same reason it's an X, not a X, because X is pronounced ex.

And the same reason it's so cringy when someone tries to be correct and says something like "I'm an European" or "i would like an unicorn."

Not every word beginning with a consonant gets an a, and not every word beginning with a vowel gets an an.

Thanks for all the advice guys, I have 3 options I think would suffice.

ASUS ROG Strix RTX 2080 SUPER
Gigabyte RTX 2080 Super Gaming OC
ASUS RTX 2080 SUPER Dual EVO OC

The higher clocks of the above mentioned cards are pretty much the deal maker for me however some of them take up more than 2 slots so will have to chose carefully.

One of the main reasons I am buying the 2080 is for Folding@Home, I will run the 2060 and 2080 in my machine concurrently.

I've run a few MSI's in fact my motherboard is MSI and I had one of the MSI GP63 laptops with a GTX 1060. Maybe I need to educate myself better but I just don't see the value in comparison to Asus and Gigabyte at the moment.

With the potential issues of SLI/NVLink I'm a one card guy.

Last time I ran SLI was a pair of 8800GT's very many years ago.

If I wanted more power than a 2080 Super I would just hoes and get the 2080 Ti
