Why don't you just ask them to refund you? I've done it many times after returning stuff, just send them an email with your banking details.

Can't agree more.
Shopping in a month with RARU...ordered my stuff on the 2nd. Received goods around the 16th but goods are not what they advertise on their website.
Returned the goods via the same courier guy that delivered it after I phoned RARU. Requested a refund. Took 1 full week to have my money. On the refund noticed that the courier I had to pay was not refunded. Requested a courier charges refund. Another week waiting for the moola.
The same wrongly advertised goods are still on their website.
It was my first and last time I dealt with them.
