The RAM can do 4000 15-15-15 @ 1.5V. I tested two configurations. One has slightly more aggressive tRAS and secondaries/tertiaries and was tested to 500% on HCI Pro, while the slightly more conservative one was tested to a whopping 900%. I also tested a conservative 4000 17-17-17 @ 1.35V. YMMV on your CPU/MB though. I can pretty much guarantee if you dial in 4000 15-15-15-35 1.5V and auto the sub-timings, you can run that daily stable without testing. These are S-tier ICs.
