Battery and charger included.
Remote is missing it's antenna and it's battery cover. Battery cover needs to be replaced to hold the battery in properly.
Remote powers on, but the car doesn't respond.
It was working 8 years ago before being stored in a box.
It's likely a small electrical job to fix a capacitor.
Car's antenna also needs a new tube.
