Reason: Our previous IT guy bought this and has since left - don't have his proof of purchase, etc. We are not functioning in the cloud, so there is no need for this anymore.

Does it have 2GB or 4GB RAM?

It’s only got 1GB RAM (populating 1 of the 2 slots). You can however upgrade the RAM.
