Project Revival (My return to the PCMR)

Please let me know what the Sensei Ten is like. I have a Sensei 310 at the moment, and love the old Sensei shape, so don't know if it is worth getting a Ten, or just staying with the 310 at the moment.

I am of the same opinion. I absolutely loved the original Sensei and its shape, so it was a no-brainer for me when I started this project to go with it. I will be sure to let you know how it fares in different scenarios! :)

You don't have to actually measure it 😅
Just a ballpark or "enough" is more than enough
I read a lot of cases don't really fit a triple slot card upright and allow it to still have airflow.
Does your card use three slots?

I just measured the gap between my card (the Strix is a 2 slot card) and the tempered glass side panel. The distance between the fan shroud and the glass is just shy of 2 cm, or 1.95 cm. The case itself supports up to a triple slot vertically mounted card. However, I really wouldn't recommend using anything more than a 2.5 slot card, as it will nearly be right up against the glass otherwise. This will result in higher temperatures and lower boost clocks in the long run.

Finally completed the build last weekend. Still dialing in some of the finer tuning, such as fan curves, lighting, mouse/keyboard profiles etc.

Here are some images of the completed system, for your viewing pleasure:

Well, it wouldn't be a build log without problems :ROFLMAO: The Corsair AIO decided that it wanted to spill its guts... Thankfully, I tested it before attaching it to the board and CPU. I have filed a return and replacement with Amazon. Will send the cooler back via FedEx shortly, and then continue the build with the stock AMD Wraith Spire cooler to test the rest of the parts (y)

It was just spilling it's guts about how it knows it's inferior and you should have just gone custom loop from the start.

Just look at that empty space begging for a res.

Other than that, neat build, very nice.

@ovisser1 Just so you have some more information with regards to the vertical mount. So far, the GPU, at stock, has been boosting to 1956MHz, with idle temperatures at 31-34 degrees Celsius, and a maximum temperature of 61 degrees Celsius under sustained heavy load.

A custom loop is still way out there for me. One day, when I am a big boy, I will give it a go

C'mon you have the white board ready and waiting to plan your loop on ;)
