Product problems, need someone at Evetech to assist me

Good day

I bought a fankit from a fellow carbie([Sale] - Antec Prizm 3in1 Pack (3x120mm fans, ARGB controller and LED strip) | Air Cooling). I connected everything up, double checked the connections and powered it on. Then I smelled the burning smell. Afraid to turn my PC on again, i unplugged it and took it apart. The source of the smell was the controller for this kit. I opened the controller(4 screws in a plastic housing) to see a chip burned. Disheartened, I put the PC back together without the additional controller, opting to use the integrated argb controller from my case(Antec DF600 Flux) instead. The case being literally a day old(received yesterday from evetech aswell). Now my new case argb lights are a solid green and blue and not changing at all when the led button is pressed. My only conclusion is that the new controller from the kit fried my case lights aswell. The case should have a warranty, and the fans are 2 months old with a warranty aswell. My question is, are you able to replace the components that are faulty as well as the fans? I sold my old case and i have nothing to put my pc in should i ship the whole thing back.

I'm at a sheer loss as to what to do, what can I do? Please advise me the steps I should take.

I'm sure you can send it back to evetech. Just less takeaways this month to cover charges from evetech. Sorry... Might have a spare chassis in a few days. Just not sure where you are at.

It just makes me feel completely powerless. Here I thought i was spoiling myself with something I actually wanted. Instead it turns into this...

Run your entire rig just with the motherboard sitting on a motherboard box or something. Send the chassis back to the heathens for replacement

i completely forgot about this thread. I got an old oem case and just ran the rig in there with no panels.

Nope, was running it with the option it had to control it with the button on the case.

However the matter has been resolved. Evetech service really isn't as bad as people make it out to be, they could stand for changing their courier service however.
