I know eveyone does this but it seriously grinds my gears.

How do I know what you're (not OP, speaking in general terms now) offering makes it worthwhile to go through the application process.

If I'm looking at switching jobs, I want to know (at minimum) what the ballpark is for the position offered.

Sure, will do. Anyone know which mod I can message to edit the original thread?

Just to clarify bud, I wasn't targeting you specifically. Was just annoyed in general with regards to how South Africa has become so scared to talk about money.

You did nothing wrong. You followed the industry standard. It's the industry standard that grinds my gears.

Kudo's to you though for actually breaking that standard.

Hopefully you'll find the right person 😁

I would Like to apply, please forward an email address I can send my cv to :)
