It's the same as it's always been, the total shows unique feedback, not total individual feedbacks. It's a setting, we can choose either

@ViVception to do with the latest RULES thread

the AUCTION rule needs to be adjusted to take into account "offers" being made for below asking price and then being sold to 'highest bidder' closest to the actual asking price

also, just add the RULES FOR VIP SIGNATURE to the SIGNATURES AND AVATARS part and just state "VIP MEMBERS CAN..."... people are going to see that part and maybe not bother looking down for another section on VIP rules...
