Hey mate, i will be your contact on that one, it goes through our appointed account manager whom is actually one of the sales directors, plus we have the original POP can make copy too and that is the proof. you wont have any issues on void warrantee due to packaging as the components themselves is what holds the warrantee together with the Purchase order (POP) and the system showing the transaction on our account and when it was bought etc etcHow does warranty work if there is no packaging of any components? I know some suppliers void the warranty if items don't have the original packaging? Or have you confirmed this with supplier?
