Description of Bad Deal:
Contacted the seller to purchase the ETH who then decided he wanted payment in form of another crypto. I offered to pay in XRP, to which we agreed upon. I had sent to the XRP address which was sent to me twice.
After sending the XRP, this user mentions that the funds have not been received. After this, this user claims to have mistyped the wallet address and agrees to refund me by selling their PayPal balance and paying me after.
Thereafter I propose that I can accept PayPal funds in order to settle the money owed, to which was disagreed upon and now claims to only be able to pay me within 15 days.
This user posted another thread after this, to exchange PayPal for Crypto.
