Hi,
So I have an office with a TP Link AC750 router and a Unifi UAP V2.
The Unifi AP keeps disconnecting intermittently during the day with about 5 devices attached. What I assume is that the TP Link is falling over and causing the timeouts on the AP.
Would I get more reliability from replacing the TP Link AC750 router with a Unifi Security Gateway?
A local PC shop told me that the USG isn't a router and I would need to put it inbetween the TP Link and the Unifi AP, I don't think that's correct though because it seems that the USG is a router.
So all I would need is the following
USG (to act as a router)
Switch (plug in my AP and other devices)
Unifi AP (my wireless)
Is this correct or am I missing something?
