Photoshop CS5 + After Effects CS5 + Windows 10 Home (64-bit)

Anybody know where I can buy these at a decent price, can't afford adobe's monthly fees. I know about Photopea (don't like it being online only) and Davinci Resolve and others but would rather stick to the software I already know instead of having to learn a new software. I need legit legal software.

I don't mind if it's used as long as it works and is legal.

If anyone is or knows of a person in the legal software game please hit me up.
