I received my Phanteks P400A digital this morning from Wootware and only opened it up an hour ago (busy day). I'm having a problem with getting the back panel off, I've removed both thumb screws completely but the panel doesn't budge at all. It feels kinda stuck in place, I've tried tilting it, making it lie flat and even removing the tempered glass first but it just doesn't budge.
Wootware is closed now until Monday, so just wanted to ask here if any other P400A users had a similar experience? And if so, how did you manage to get the back panel off?

I have had mine get a little caught on the threading or something. Some percussive maintenance might help (Klap it gently as you pull).

looks like the old school style

maybe try putting it on the TG side again and with the back IO facing away from you, while pushing the panel back, try and put some down force in the location of those 'hooks'

is there any movement at all? like maybe more on the top than the bottom?

maybe you could also look through from the inside at the bottom hooks to see if they look ok (not ideal since you can't see the front or top because of the mobo tray, but still a step)

just tried the pushing from the IO, no movement at all
the top seems to move a little, but the bottom is completely stiff (i double checked to see if both screwed were off too)
I'll try looking through from the different angles to see if anything is stuck though
