Hey Carb,

I recently moved from air cooled GPU (XFX 590 Fat Boy) and AIO on my CPU (AM4 Ryzen 2600) to a full hardtube setup. Completed leak testing and got about 99% of the air out and let it run/bleed for 24Hrs, temps on the GPU is down by apprx 20 degrees and the CPU is less 5 degrees with no load but basically no difference.

Although I recently experienced 2 freezes forcing a restart, while playing overwatch my pc froze up and couldnt respond to anything. pump was still running as per the flow meter and fans were still going. This only happened once a day so far, I ran cinebench (did about 4 runs) with no issues and don't suspect it's the GPU as my OC doesn't reset and if the GPU crashes I usually get a notification from Wattman.

With my new set up I no longer have exhaust fans for my VRM's, I'm using the Lian Li o-11 dynamic with 2 intakes at the base and 3 fans vertical in the case for the 360 rad.

Specs :
Cpu - AM4 ryzen 2600 (4.125Ghz, 1.375v)
Ram - 2x 8Gb 3000Mhz CL16(or 15)
MB - B450 Tomahawk MSI(ATX)
GPU - XFX 590 Fatboy

Any assistance or direction would be great, im suspecting a VRM or CPU issue but the benchmarks say unlikely

Im also thinking VRM. Just put a loose 140mm fan blowing directly on the GPU for abit and see if that makes a difference. What block is on the GPU???

Did you maybe over-tighten your CPU block?
What is the CPU temp difference under full load?

It could also just be faulty ram. Your PC would freeze/Blue screen if your RAM is faulty
Run a MEMORY test to check

I'll try that and run the memory test and see if the issue persists this evening

Over tighten the block? didn't know that was possible but I doubt it, will double check either way, the CPU temp under load is 65 degrees and it refuses to go any higher, with the AIO it was about 67 degrees.
