PC Backup software like Time Machine?

Hi friends

I’m looking for software that works similarly to Mac’s time machine. It doesn’t need to have different ‘time versions’ but basically just a clone so that when I have a new computer I can just install all of my content exactly as is - is that possible? Any recommendations?

You can even create and image if drive(s), and even 'browse' the image file and copy certain files from it.
