Wow, Deadmanza plays a lot. Lv97 is impressive, I only got to 93 in legacy and 94 in breach. Was playing a bit of beta pre wipe, just recently started a new character to test end game content and now they drop this turmoil race on us with such nice goodies for lvs 85/90.

My profile. I played this game when it first came out, but then stopped cause of Diablo 3, but now I have picked it up and really am enjoying it. Still learning about the mechanics of the game, but I am getting there.

Also running two hand ancestral warchief totems on my beta character at the moment.

I unfortunately will be doing some serious currency farming with my guild when 3.0 drops. I play for Invest at the moment

I find the 2 hand warchief totem is good cause it scales really well and its super low budget. I was running full rares before buying the axe last night.

All good man, seems like a lot of people are currency farming. If you know of someone who would like to play the game more casually, hook me up. Unfortunately, none of my friends play PoE, even though I almost beg them. And I am struggling to find a south african group, hence why I started this feed.

Just find the playstyle of totems to be a little boring... Cheap as chips to get going though.

I prefer using Kaom's primacy over Hezmana and Bringer of rain over Tabula. Your damage will be much higher and also your survivability. That is the cheap and nasty version anyway. Will switch to Disfavour and Belly soon.

Farming poe.trade? I'm guessing you have some snipers and some currency converters?
How exactly does a guild go about farming currency other than crafting and trading and praying to rngesus(actual gameplay farming).

We all have our niche in the guild, I normally aim to hit Atziri in the first weekend, then I sell off Atziri kills, the flasks, save up uber frags and when very lucky sell off the doryani's. Also the obvious stuff like selling red maps early is VERY profitable. Flipping meta items on poe.trade. We will also have a couple dedicated flippers for the first 2 - 3 days. Who will use chaos recipes to generate early chaos to buy ex at the crazy rates they start at. etc etc

Lol, I have a friend who is super hardcore into POE.
He knew the dates and times before it was publicly announced a couple weeks ago.
At first I thought he was lying, but the day and time he got spot on.... which is freaky.

But yea, I will be jamming it with him on Friday.

I see the guide mentions that Cyclone skill has been "fixed". Have you tried it in the BETA ?

Else I will try the RF totem.

Haven't tried cyclone recently. I stay away from it since it felt a lot worse than the D3 WW.

Played Cyclone as my first beta character, pathing is much better, don't die every time you stub your toe on a rock and stop spinning.

So they only fixed the collision detection but the overall mechanic of the skill remained the same ?

Correct. Considering doing a meatball cycloner for 3.0, worked well enough as my starter in 2.6, so should be a breeze in 3.0

I did not play the BETA and just want to add that the update is amazing. It is so much better than having to run the same acts over and over again. I am enjoying the leveling so much more now.

I have not finished any high level labs yet, only the normal, and I was pleasantly surprised that is its a whole lot shorter now. Thank you so much GGG. I hate doing the labs.

Is the higher difficulty labs also shorter ?

I have not done a lab yet. I died twice already.. Once because I swopped out a pot on the fly(My stupidity) and the second time to a damn statue.

I'm in the mid 40s now and I'm waiting for friends. I'm enjoying the new act so far... I have only gotten to the 1st new act now. But it is fun, 4 of us have lost like 10-12 toons between us already.

Thoroughly enjoying Harbinger League.

I am lvl 75 and have done Normal/Cruel and Merc lab.

I only got started at around midday on saturday, so didnt get to play as much as I would have liked.
