Does anyone maybe know the process to go through in order to get out of warranty repairs done through Gigabyte internationally? I'm willing to ship

I was cleaning a friends of and plugged stuff in and out and when I plugged "all" back in I had the same. GPU didn't display etc. After plugging everything in and out twice I the realised that I never powered the GPU.

I had a 5min laugh at myself. Lekker dof.

So you could also try and see if the power supply is doing what it should. With if it is modular another cable, move it to another port on the PSU or try another PSU.

Maybe it helps, maybe not. Just sharing.

Thanks for the response. I have done so already. Tried different 8pins (PSU is modular) and different power rails as well.

Hopefully, it’s a semi dead PCI-e spot but I think that the GPU is dead.
Checked different PCIE slots 8x and 4x, same issue. I tried LAN card in them, that worked so it cant be the slots I think. Probably GPU just died. Dont know if Gigabyte will repair this card tbh.

Just got news back from US Gigabyte:
Would basically cost R660 for them to check it. Then every repair done will be charged for. Shipping to that US address could cost R980 and back would cost R1610. All with the possibility they will say they are unable to fix it and not do anything.

Which model of GPU is it?
