so for the past few weeks i cant download or buy any games from origin
by chance i switched my laptop to use mobile data from my phone as opposed to the wifi at home
and lo and behold it worked .
only thing i can think of is that my isp is routing via a server thats not in RSA as i am getting an error which states my cart contents doesnt match the region and card ?
ideas?

Having the same issue and also with WebAfrica

Update
Added the games to my library via cell data.
But only downloaded them when I was back home using the fibre .
So that seems to be the work around .
