Older Airflow Case for Younger Sibling

I'm looking to upgrade my younger sister's rig and the case is the first major issue.
She needs 3x 3.5' HDD spots so almost all newer cases are out.
I know Corsair has some SPEC offerings but I have worked in them with a non-modular PSU and the results were "no thanks, not doing this again".

Some viable options include:
- Fractal Design Arc Midi R1/R2
- Fractal Design Define R2/R3/R4
- Cooler Master CM590 III
- Cooler Master CM690 III
- Cooler Master N500
