Old VW Golf Key Stuck In Ignition Cylinder In JHB, Need Replacement/Who Can Help Fix?

Hey all,

Does anyone know, someone whom can get the key out/replace the ignition cylinder for cheap (Doesn't need to me original parts or anything, the car is completely out of warranty) in Benoni side of Johannesburg?

The car won't start, so we can't get it to a workshop either.

The quotes we have received are crazy, as I saw the part costs like R500-600 and its a 2 hour job more or less.

Have no experience with tinkering with cars, I'm proud that I can take the pollen filter out my car to clean xD

I watched a few vids etc but not confident I can actually get it done without blowing up the house.
