That's weird, my orders from Amazon included import duties and the amounts were pretty spot on. I even received a R74 refund for overcharging on the Sendy Aiva's.

Yeah I think they tried to slip that one through. I sent them a message saying I want a refund. Try my luck.

That's odd. I usually get refunded from Amazon on customs and shipping...

Haha I was wondering. This the one dude... there is no question about it (imo). But do some reading up... huge demand for it. Edit: I literally put off my next amp purchase because I was waiting for this Drop. It will replace the Deckard (and the Deckard is a beast, especially at its price point).

$400. It’s only available through Drop. The first Drop in April sold out in minutes. This was the second Drop, with a comment that there won’t be another for a long time. Very popular amp because of the rave reviews it received. Known for its transparency.

I think it may also be the size of the drivers but it literally feels like different instrument sounds are hitting me from different angles

Alright, so IEMs has taken me by storm. The things are AMAZING. I can't believe it took me so long to get into them. Such good quality can be had with literally peanuts. (I don't recommend putting peanuts in your ears though.)

In other great news, I am getting a HD600 again this weekend. Thanks to my cousin. So I will most probably sell my HD650 along with my NuPrime uDSD sometime soon to settle that naughty little credit I made to buy the HD650.

Then, onto the world of IEMs. Planning on using the nuprime's funds to get something dedicated for gaming again..... Which is funny, because this entire thread might go full circle and back to my first post.

Cool. A friend of mine asked for first option when I mentioned I might sell it. Will put you second in line. It’s a tough sell for me because I really enjoy it but I guess it’s gonna gather dust once the 789 arrives.

I ordered the DX7S. Only ships end June. Will def be testing both the DAC and the amp, although I bought it for the DAC. Joshua Valour reckons the amp is underrated as well. I have the 789 incoming but only ships later in the year.

There was a GSP500 in the sales, for too good a price for me to give up the opportunity on sampling one.

Been listening to it through the fiio ek10, and I am shocked at how good it is. Its super light, maybe a bit tight on the clamping force. Audio wise, is a bit thumpy for my like in music. But she is clear and her sound stage is wide enough. Sounds like a great choice for an all in one solution.
