The kit itself is not a bad deal at all. However, in general Evetech is regarded as a bad place to purchase because of their horrendous customer and after sales support. If you search the forums for the word, "Evetech," and look at the discussions, you will see that people pretty much recommend avoiding them at all costs. Evetech even ended up getting their account banned from Carbonite. What are you building the PC for? Maybe somone on here can help recommend a better place or a better deal.

1. Wrong section, maybe report it here: https://carbonite.co.za/index.php?forums/purchasing-advice.143/
2. What @Devza said
3. Whats the budget?
4. Whats the intended usage? Game / work?
5. What GPU do you have?
That's around my budget, i know Evetech acquired bad rep but tbh the price is right. Just don't know amd at all.

The gpu I will purchase is going to be the 3050 eagle oc

There are definitely better people around here to answer, and this is the wrong place, but I've found something that could work better. Not sure if you're willing to go Intel though, or willing to give up the RGB on the ram. On Wootware, you can get the Intel i5 11400F (better than the 3600 for gaming), with 16GB (2x8) of G.Skill Ripjaws ram (3600 Mhz) (better ram timings), and an ASRock Z590 Steel Legend Motherboard (better motherboard) for your budget. If you wanted to save money you could probably get 3200 Mhz ram and a cheaper motherboard with little difference in performance for R600 less.

Some things to note though; the 11400F has been succeeded by the 12400, which is currently on special for a little more than the 11400 at Wootware. It's faster and uses the newer LGA 1700 architecture, which means that your motherboard would be usable for future generations of Intel chips and DDR5 ram in the future. The problem with this is that the LGA 1700 motherboards are new, and so are still very expensive. With the 11400F, there's still plenty of room to upgrade within the same family in the future though, just not newer than 11th gen. Also, neither this motherboard or the one from Evetech have built in wifi (Good to know, just in case).

If you aren't planning to use DLSS or any of the other Nvidia specific things, then it may also be worth researching the AMD Radeon 6600 currently on special at Wootware for not much more than the Nvidia 3050 Eagle OC. It performs better in gaming than the 3050, but you don't get the DLSS, or NVENC encoding for streaming. Seems like neither of them are great for ray tracing, which isn't a big deal. Many people also say that Nvidia cards are more stable with drivers and such, but I thought it worth mentioning.

Again, there are people better equiped to help out, and I also only listed stuff from Wootware when there are other places and people to look at, but that's what I could find. It seems like a better deal to me based on what you've told us your needs are.
