I'm almost certain that Noctua is one of the companies that give out free AM4 brackets? CM sent me a free bracket for my V8 GTS back in 2017.

With thermalright, I just sent them an image of my True 120 Black and they said they'd honour the am4 bracket without need for an invoice.
Do you have the original packaging?

Noctua website says they want invoices for cooler and mobo/CPU. Maybe you could message them with only the invoices for mobo and CPU with pics of cooler.

Thermalright said the same, but they were very accomodating.
They have an am4 bracket ready for me, but can't send it due to Covid regulations from Taiwan.

I'm sure Noctua will honour this if you send them images of the cooler and its packaging.
