Description of Bad Deal:
I made a 50% deposit for a Nintendo Switch at 19:05 on Friday. It's now nearly 2pm on Tuesday and the seller has long since ceased adequate communication, and whenever I try to ring him today his phone is off. This is a seller with 0 iTrader, and I foolishly accepted a 50/50 payment vs. shipping arrangement as he seemed like a really nice person. But being ghosted as well as with a phone off and zero iTrader, yeah it seems very unlikely this transaction was ever intended to conclude on my side.
The only resolution I'd like at this point is a refund on my deposit, if the seller is receiving his emails and isn't a scammer. I'd rather we not proceed with this deal (if such a possibility exists) after such a rapid erosion of trust.
