Please note the below:

-The R Button works intermittently, blowing on it sometimes fixes the issue. I'm not sure what causes the problem however. I mostly played Pokemon X on it so it didn't bother me that much.
Replacements buttons are going for about 7 dollars on Amazon - shorturl.at/vwAGO

-Has 2 scratches on the top screen caused by the borders of the bottom screen, very common OG 3DS issue. When the screen is on is not very noticeable but they are there

-It's old and kids have had their way with it, has some scratches on the back and bottom screen as well.

-Comes with 3 games, a third party stylus, a case and the charger.
