So both me and my GF drive cars that don't have spare keys, and I would like to change that.

She's got a 2016 Polo Vivo & I've got a '99 BMW 3 series. I've found uncut keys on Bid or Buy that claim to come with the transponder and remote circuitry.

Do you have any suggestions as to where we can have the keys cut and programmed?

My local builders guy reckons he can cut polo keys as well as code them. While you wait.

Maybe go past your locap store and ask. VW and BMW will rip you a new one.

Example of such is Hyundai i10 hyundai centurion quoted me R1750 that was probaly 8 months ago !

Newer model BMW AND MERCS you will pay dealerships between 15/25k for keys

I can help with the BMW key. Its upgraded so that you can replace the battery.
Can also do the coding.

Thanks for all the replies guys! @Skalabala sending PM now.

Forgot to add: I stay in Centurion, Pretoria

I contacted these guys before. Complete keys aren't that expensive, but just a new shell is quite cheap. I see I missed an email from Murphy a while ago. Going to contact him soon, need a new key shell for my wife's car actually. Thanks for the reminder!
