those fans use a proprietary connector that only works on the included controller. The controller is sata powered and controls the rgb effects and fan speed

I would not go with gamdias fans as i have sent them back for the second time now

I would not buy that with someone elses money.

I believe the Antec Prism 5 fan pack is nice. I built a PC with a friend that added those to his Antec Case.

If you are willing to spend a bit more I would check out the Corsair ML series fans (or the LL series if you have fuck you money)
Alternatively, if you just want fans and no lights have a look at Noctua. Serious performance.

Personally nothing wrong with gamdias fans. Think they great for the price. Have been using for the last 2y maybe more.

The board doesn't support those. Your board only support rgb and not addressable rgb. So yours will have 4npins and these can be connected to your board if it has the 3pin connector.

Normally your board would support rainbow connector/rgb on MSI boards.
