MSI RX 580 8 Gb Armour hashrate differs with different MBs

Can anybody explain why I can get 30.5 Mhs on RX 580 Armour GPUs and Z270 Tomahawk MB, but only 28 Mhs with same GPUs on Gigabyte H110 and Biostar TB 250 MBs?
Is there a setting in the Bios that can be changed to get these boards up to the same speed as the Tomahawk?
Using latest AMD drivers and Claymore 11

Samsung Memory, i get 30.9
Micron Memory i get 31.1
Im running a H110, Could just be your clock settings.
Oh yeah, im also using teamredminer, perhaps give it a try?

My settings are 1150 on core and 2050 on memory (you can boost a bit to 2100 memory, but i found more rejected shares.
