So I've got a R57 2012 Mini Cooper S, and the chrome beltline trim under the rear windshield is cracked and moisture is seeping in. The OEM replacement from BMW is coming to about 8k for the parts I want. It's just a chrome strip with a piece of rubber stuck onto it. If anyone knows where I could get a generic, or a cheaper OEM please do advise.

Have u looked at scrapyards or salvage yards for rebuilds
