Microphone SteelSeries Arctis 5

Guys anyone have same issues with the mic on the Steel Series Arctics 5 connected to the PC. I have tried all the suggestions on the web. Bought it of carb, seller did say he could not get it to work on his pc.

Your help and advise would be highly appreciated.

Mine worked without issues on the pc. Then I got a lappy when I went on holiday and then it didn’t work at first. Had to sort things out in the audio settings, but for the life of me I can’t remember what.

Set was replaced with a new one, thanks Evetech.
