Its not MXQ Pro.

Its MXIII. Not sure about the RAM though.

damn, Its almost everything I'm looking for. Its S802 cpu is the only downside that doesn't support HVEC/H.265 @ 4k.

I want to load Libreelec on the android box, but the S802 only supports H.265 up to 1080p.

The Mibox bootloader is locked.
