Removed the following rule:

Any methods used to mask your IP (Onion/Torr/VPN/RDP) are not allowed. Should you require to go through a proxy to connect to Carbonite from work or university, please alert one of the members of staff. If a member raises suspicion about a bad deal and you are using a proxy server, the account will be banned without warning. No exceptions will be made even if you have previously alerted a member of staff that you connect via a proxy from work or university.

Update:

The following rule was added

Because of the recent influx in unreturned Feedback ratings, we are now making the returning of Feedback ratings compulsory. If you refuse to return a rating after numerous notifications to do so, you will be facing a ban and your unreturned Feedback ratings will be deleted.

We are updating the site rules slightly.

Effective immediately, feedback will be allowed for software keys being sold.

HOWEVER... feedback may not be backdated for keys sold prior to today.

Previous rule: Normal users are not allowed images in their signatures.
Amendment: Normal users are not allowed images in their signatures. Bypassing this rule with a link that displays an image is not allowed.

Rules pertaining to VIP members:
- The maximum file size of signature images is 100KB with a maximum resolution of 500x150 pixels.
