What's your guys' take on Meal Replacement Shakes?

I work in the Hospitality (Hotel Management) sector and don't have time in the mornings to eat breakfast or lunch during the day. Started using NutriTech's Meal Replacement shakes for breakfast and lunch and the having a proper meal in the evening.

What's your experience?

IDK, never personally been a fan of any of the meal replacement type stuff. I mean if you have to you can chow down on something prepared in the same amount of time as making and drinking the shake.

Personally I used to just do a Tuna-mayo salad for lunch as i just needed the protien and fat content as not carbs additionally, also know that it isn't something that will work for everyone.

As a diabetic, they usually made the difference between a seizure and being able to move around and do stuff in time to eat

A proper meal is always preferred but sometimes you are in a big rush and end up taking a shake to cover for those carbs/calories/energy you would miss out on otherwise

Also, they are low G.I. which makes it even more effective in case you miss a meal

*PS. try to pack a quick lunch though - you can't run on fumes the whole day

I mean if you are to busy with work then meal replacement is your best option, but if you have time for n nice meal then take it... xd

100% but the thing of no time is on the spot

If he has 10 minutes to spare at home (we all do) - then pack a damn lunch

Lol my teachers used to let me slide with eating in class (in secret though), though after I became an educator I realized why they are so strict with lots of things
You give these kids ANY space they will mess up your shit!

@SpaceMuisGaming legally you are allowed to have a break - basic occupational rights you have. You can eat during those times. They can't even give you shit over it. If you try to be the "nice guy" and not make it seem like you're chilling whilst others are working, at least pack a light lunch
You will anyway have more energy to get you through the rest of the day if you get complex carbohydrates in your system (even if just a little bit)
