The last time I bought Lifetime keys for Malwarebytes mine was disabled by Malwarebytes.After buying a two year licence from them they thanked me for going the legal way.
Could you maybe verify this with Malwarebytes?

Yeah pretty much the same issue my side. All of my keys were disabled with ‘the usage level has exceeded the maximum installations allowed’
