Hi, could I get advice for any desktops(pre assembled hopeful I don't want to buy parts) or laptops that will play CS GO, DOTA, WOW with decent fps, I have a budget of 10 grand. Thanks in advance.

@AinsleyHarriott No not necessarily, could you recommend what components GPU, CPU wise should run the games I mentioned at above 60 fps?

Well the experts would give you better advise, but I play Fortnite and I don't think any of the games you mentioned is more demanding, probably less.
I have a cheap Ryzen 2200g(3.5ghz) with a rx480 4gb, and it run Fortnite easy 60fps on mostly high settings. On Fortnite performance mode I average almost 120fps. System with some addons/upgrades cost about 5k(secondhand here on carb)
