That may not be possible. The promo code requires you to install an AMD hardware verification app, which checks your system for eligible products. Then it gives you Epic keys for World War Z, but only a direct-verification link on UPlay for The Division 2, in other words, no key. So, a new AMD owner would have to verify the hardware and send you their login details for their AMD Rewards account for The Division 2 to be redeemed. You'd have to find someone who would trust you with their account.
You could consider grabbing a XFX RX570 from Wootware for under R1900, if that would be a good upgrade for you. Otherwise it will cost you around R800 for The Division 2, and around another R400 (maybe, I think) for the Year 1 Pass. It's a great game, but I'm not sure if it's something I would've bought at that price. I'm too cheap to buy games at full price. But I will sure play the shit out of them if they come free with my hardware.
