Hi Everyone , the company im currently working for is in process of possible liquidation and in light of that im seeking new work.
Position Wanted: Support engineer or systems administrator
Employment type: Permanent
Salary: 20k - 29k negotiable
Notice Period: 30 days but negotiable
Location: East rand but willing to travel
Job experience/skill: about 10 years Experience in I.T in general. please see skills list below :
Windows Xp, Vista and Windows 7 – 10, Windows server 2008 - 2019 Installation and Administration.
Identify and solve complications with windows and hardware related issues.
The assembly of computers and servers in general.
The repairing of computers, servers and laptops such as screens and keyboard replacements, ram, cpu and hard drives.
Knowledge and up to date with most current hardware and software.
Microsoft office, 365 exchange, outlook mail and repairs, as well as setups and installations.
Experience with mikrotik routerboards such as setup, installation.
Setup and deploying of mesh wifi systems such as ubiquiti unifi and mikrotik capsman.
Knowledge and Experience in port forwarding for the use of remote desktop etc and setup of virtual private networks.
Experience with vmware virtual machines (ESXI), veeam backup and replication such as Installations and maintenance.
Experience with Network Installation involving the running of Ethernet cable as well as terminating and patching.
