Hey! I have a GTX1080 in my machine.
I got it off Gumtree just before the craziness started, and not disappointing at all. However the seller didn't package it properly when it got shipped and the shroud was damaged. (I kid you not it came wrapped in a single sheet of bubble wrap and nothing else)
I'd like to make a nice 3D Printed shroud for it, but doing so without any model to work off will be a nightmare.

I'll be wiling to pay for it if I could track one down that's actually usable.
Any of you denizens of the internet seen one floating around?

Path of least resistance would be getting a Kraken G12 and a cheap as chips 120mm compatible AIO. Fans are so prehistoric :D

Plus, maybe just me, but it looks so much better than those boring fans. Sure sounds better too. And definitely cools better.

Yeah. I had an AIO I wanted to smack on there. Hmmm... Maybe worth revisiting? I also have a decent tower cooler.
Deffs could make that fit.

better to use the AIO than struggle finding an accurate 3d shroud, you'd have better luck finding another dead founders edition to take that shroud from.

Get a kraken, have better temps & noise than you ever would on the card.

& then OC the shit out of it.

Hahaha! Yeah. I'm not currently doing any OC but I did check it out. It definately can handle a bump. But it's already running mid 70s

I wish i never saw this, as i have literally stared at my 2 x 3d printers with giant eyes like, you guys want to build a fan vent
hehehe you and me both, I've had it in the back of my mind since I saw the post on reddit
