So Ladies and gents, a m8 of mine up in Pta asked me if I could check with the forum if anyone has some they want to get rid of or know of a great place to get some decent equipment.

If you need programmable ones, try looking at baofeng. I know you can get them at a few china malls.

I may have 2 x Kirusun PT3500 radios somewhere but will have to look for them. They are 4watt @ VHF and 5watt @ UHF each, meaning, they can do 4 - 5 km line of side. But they are programmed at radio shops. They can be used thru a local repeater as well if you what to add range, but then you'll have to pay a yearly fee. Also only thru a radio shop. Whats your budget? Does R1000 sound like something you'll be interested about? Let me know. Also see the link.
