Spring is a chance for growth, a time of joy, the days are longer, the weather gets warmer. Entering a new season is a perfect time to reassess life and career, and evaluate how you want to create your next chapter.

Will you accept mediocrity or strive for greatness?

Spring?
You in the northern hemisphere?

Also, there is no 'perfect' time for self reflection...it's a year round and life-long struggle independent of seasonal changes :D

Definitely not spring - autumn, winter & THEN spring.

Do we have to wait 6 months before we can strive for greatness?

Well . . . technically not entirely true :D

It's spring in the top half of the world - the half way too many people give a shit about when they really shouldn't

Well, you have a point! Every day is a new beginning regardless of the season.

You mean, mining season?
It takes courage to go after what you want, to give your heart fully, to live passionately, and dust yourself off after each setback. But I would rather fall a thousand times in my attempt to achieve greatness than to walk unscathed on the road of mediocrity. Nothing great in life has been the result of minimal effort and mediocre company. Raise your bar, but know the difference between the pursuit of excellence and the obsession for perfection.
