OK, so am looking to get one of these made by @ENDU1997 as his work is flippin top notch and was wondering if there was anyone else who might be keen on one?
This will be effectively a clone of the EK Distro but with a D5 pump fitting, maybe a DDC if there are enough people wanting.

So, post in the thread if you might be keen.

Ciao

Oh wow, roughly how much would these end up costing if it's custom made?
@ScuBaLlama I assume the one from Frontosa does come with a pump as well?
I would prefer something like this based on my current build
That one replaces front glass on O11D, rather than taking up a mounting point for radiator/fans.

Unfortunately, that Front Glass Distro is not compatible with XL version. It would look sick though!

The G1 Distro from Frontosa includes the DDC 3.1 Pump. I know in the latest revision they use the 3.2 Pump.

I don't have the XL, I have the normal O11 Dynamic so I am all sorted in terms of compatibility atleast

I see EK does make one for the XL which comes with a D5 pump, as well as a D5 version for non XL

@ 350 and 370 euro respectively that's gonna be KAK expensive when it lands

Yep, but what if someone could make them cheaper here? :)
Only reason I posted it on this thread is coz something like this would be more appealing to me, rather than having to rework entire loop for side mounted distro plate

Oh i totally get it.
I think there are some designs on GrabCad but obviously would need to be adjusted, as Endu told me yesterday.
I think the reason these probably won't be much cheaper is the prouction scale and that i why i am hoping if i can get like 5 or 6 units, we can get it a bit cheaper.
But we will see.
I'll look out for that front panel design on Grabcad and ask Endu for a quote on it as well.

Sweet thanks, else if the other design isn't too expensive then I can look at getting that, will just need to figure out what to do for air intake into case.

Hay guys

Ok so finally got time to chat to Endu about the Distro's and I'm going to send him my chassis so that we can 100% guarantee that it will fit like a glove.

Endu said he would pop past the thread when he has a second to chat to all of us.

Once he has the model finished, will request pricing on materials and then be able to give us a price but did say it would be substantially cheaper than doing a single unit.

So yeah, more we order, better it is for everyone.

Ciao

Hay chap

We definitely one step closer.
Endu has finished the design and I think it looks awesome.
He said he would post some renders in the ne, t day or so as well as pricing.
Obviously the more of us who want, the cheaper it will become as we split the design cost.

Not sure if anyone else would be interested in this but I've asked Endu to add a piece of acetyl as a 3rd layer so that it will block off the 1) light bleed out the back and 2) should offer a better light defusion.

Anyway am sure we will see an update soon from Mr Endu.

Here are some drawing and a render of the distro.
I am still waiting for feedback from @ENDU1997 but I know he is busy atm with work.

There will also be a aluminium trim and place for or including a led strip (unsure atm) so making it similar to the EK variant.

Positive note - there are no duties on it only vat is payable when clearing customs. Happiness is only a few clicks away :p

@Goosetroop at probably R7.5k landed and being double the price of the case, I have no issue not clicking purchase and not clicking Add To Cart

Sorry for going AWOL, here's a situation update.

All CAD/CAM work has been completed and the parts are ready for manufacturing - just need to place a material order. The Distro has been designed to fit both, the PC-011 D and the PC-011 D XL whilst the acrylic 'backplate' has been designed for ONLY the XL case. Both parts will fit without any need to mod your case. Breakdown and pricing are as follows.

Major Dimensions - 30*138*350 mm - excluding pump retention ring.
Cast Acrylic (Plexiglass) main body
Black Acetal pump retention ring
Bead-blasted and anodised aluminium trim/LED strip cover
2mm Nitrile Rubber O-ring
M4 Stainless Mounting hardware
Please note that this distro does NOT include an RGB strip , D5 pump or any G1/4 fittings.

Acrylic Cover plate for PC-011 D XL - R320.00
Major Dimensions - 5*148*458 mm
Available in a glossy or matt finish

All blocks will undergo QC, including pressure/leak tested, prior to dispatch and I will be offering a money-back / free replacement warranty for any functional defects post shipping.
If anyone has any requests or questions, please feel free to shoot me a message.

Was wondering if other possible renditions of the same design can be made. Maybe something that allows parallel radiator ports on the top like this (editted pic only via paint):

Hay bud

Am sure Endu can modify the design for you but not sure why you want parallel when the top rad ports are on the right and mirror the bottom.
But drop him a msg and see.
I know this is the only design he has made.
