Why does it say 14ms response time and then 5ms response time (GTG)? Will it be good to play fps games like apex legends, BF1, etc?

I'm not too clued up with response times tbh. It is a 60Hhz monitor though which is pretty standard so that's another limitation to consider if you chasing higher frame rates. (a 60Hz monitor can't display over 60fps). Overall though the colours are great and its served me well over the years. Happy to demo it as well!

Both will be present unfortunately. Ghosting because it's IPS and tearing because anything above 60 FPS, which is pretty easy to get these day, will tear.

That said you will see the games themselves and everything else clearer than you ever would on a TN, and a 60Hz TN doesn't have much of an advantage in the speed department anyways.
I moved from a 60Hz TN with 2MS response time, to an IPS with 6MS response, so you'd think much more ghosting, but honestly to me because everything was so much clearer it didn't feel like I lost anything. Pretty much the only negative is that if you come to love IPS then once you do look for higher refresh rates you will be breaking the bank and then some to get a fast IPS.
