Hey guys,

I have a GPU with an LED module that is not functioning (pics of the module/PCD attached below). Am not sure what the issue is as there is no physical damage that I can see, and all of the contacts seem to be in place. I also don't have access to a multi-meter, so cannot run any of those tests to verify.

Is there anyone who could assist with diagnosing the issue/fixing this that someone here could recommend to me?

from what i can see, one your leds are probably blown, looks like its in series without PLEDs so all will go down if one goes down, best would be use a multimeter..which you dont have, but should be an easy fix, for someone in your area

Those LEDs look cooked to me... they're very dark...

Yeah they are quite yellow and cloudy. Is it possible to replace them, or is it not worth the effort?
easy to replace, even easier to check, but you need the equipment. soldering iron, heat gun, alcohol, flux and you good to go, i think the bigger problem will be finding SMD LEDs in that package, honestly, not worth the trouble unless you have all of above already..

I can get those LEDs, the issue is, you need specialist tools to get them soldered on properly. Cheaper to replace, considering the time and effort

Sorry I had a hectic day so I only have time now to look at this again.
It appears there are three wires (Red, Green, Blue) and black.
I strongly suspect the black wire is ground (common to all LEDs)
And then the other three are R, G, B
So therefore I would test the LED board first, seems from the photos we have this:
