Lead Developer (node, js, mongo) that had enough of the big city

Hi Guys,

I am looking for a lead developer (node, js, mongo) for our Fochville/Potchefstroom office who should have at least 5 years of experience. The main responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate these into technical requirements for the development team.
• Planning and documenting technical specifications
• Design, build and configure applications to meet process requirements
• Managing the development team in the design, development, testing and rollout of applications
• Mentor team members and ensure that they adhere to determined software quality standards.
